ABU DHABI, May 18th, 2009: Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) organized a training session for the Commercial Court judges on corporate bankruptcy and related topics.
ADJD in a press release said the training session covered a variety of topics related to bankruptcy including financial documents issued by companies, bankruptcy, payment suspension and formats of bankruptcy in the US and international circles.
