JAKARTA, May 19 Asia Pulse - Cargo shipping company PT Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line (JSX:APOL) said it had secured a Rp598 billion (US$59.9 million) contract to transport oil from the Kangean Energy Indonesia Ltd., which operates an oil field in the Kangean island off East Java.
