WASHINGTON, Nov. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Carey International, Inc. (Nasdaq: CARY) today announced that it has executed a definitive agreement to acquire TWW PLC (Travelwise) of London, England. Travelwise will be integrated into Carey U.K. Ltd., generating a 25% increase to that subsidiary's revenue base. The transaction marks Carey's fourth acquisition in 1997 and brings year-to-date acquired revenues to $30 million.
