FRANKLIN PARK, Ill., Nov. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Howard M. Dean, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dean Foods Company (NYSE: DF), announced today that Dean Foods has completed the acquisition of H. Meyer Dairy Company. From its fluid milk plant near Cincinnati, Ohio, Meyer Dairy serves many of the largest supermarket chains and independent retailers in southern Ohio and northeastern Kentucky. Total sales approach $70 million.
