SYDNEY, May 20 Asia Pulse - Cephalon Inc has won control of Australian bipharma Arana Therapeutics Ltd (ASX:AAH) after receiving enough acceptances for its takeover offer to declare the bid unconditional.

The US based bio-pharmaceutical group predator said its relevant interest in Arana now totalled 50.38 per cent.
