The Rotary Club of Dundee Township held its annual Scholarship Awards banquet May 12 at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites in Elgin.
The club awarded $36,500 in scholarships to 15 students, who live in Dundee Township and attend Dundee-Crown High School in Carpentersville; Harry D. Jacobs High School in Algonquin; Elgin Academy; and St. Edward Catholic High School in Elgin.
Since 1981, the club has awarded more than $561,500 in scholarships to area students living in Dundee Township.
Scholarship recipients were:
