NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 12, 1997--(GHN\VSE) The Company is pleased to announce that it has received a permit from the Ghanaian Forestry Department granting the Company permission to recommence exploration within the boundaries of the Forest Reserve located on the Flagbase concession in Ghana, West Africa. The Flagbase concession is one of the most promising undeveloped exploration targets in Ghana, and the Company is eagerly anticipating the results from its initial program.
