For those who think Eugene fashion is synonymous with Birkenstocks and tie-dye, Mitra Chester and her fellow fashion designers have a big surprise in store - a full-fledged high-fashion show Saturday that features some of the most out-there outfits to be seen between PDX and San Fran.
