The results of the 15th Lok Sabha (Lower House of the Parliament) elections in India are out and no marks for guessing who the real winner is: It's the Indian electorate.
Let's not mince words in admitting the fact that today if the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) is comfortably looking at yet another five-year term in office, the only reason behind that is the Congress's showing at the polls.
So, has the Indian electorate once again opted for 'dynastic rule?'
The answer is yes and no.
