IRVINE, Calif. -- Escala Group, Inc. (ESCL.PK) today announced that the Company has changed its corporate name to Spectrum Group International, Inc., effective immediately.
Spectrum Group also announced that Irving Kagan, age 73 and a member of the Board of Directors since July 2006, has retired from the Board of Directors and has been named as a special consultant to the Company, in each case effective May 19, 2009.
