Every year in May, OWL (formerly known as the Older Women's League) issues a Mother's Day report about concerns of women as they age. The topic this year is "Elder Abuse: A Woman's Issue."
The report begins with a photo of a grandmother, a young girl and a question: "Which one is not protected by comprehensive federal abuse laws?"
