It is just another three o'clock exorcism in the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God in Sao Paulo, Brazil. A crowd of middle-class Christians, many of them mothers and children, gather in the modern church with comfy seats, a sparkling granite floor and a raised stage.
Like visitors to a doctor's surgery, the faithful are popping in to rid themselves of demons.
