WARRENDALE, Pa., Dec. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. (Nasdaq: AEOS) today announced the addition of four new directors: Ari Deshe, Jon P. Diamond, Michael G. Jesselson and Gerald E. Wedren.
Mr. Wedren is an attorney and President of Craig Capital Co., a Washington, D.C. based merger and acquisition firm. He was Acting Director of the Department of Commerce and Commissioner of Securities for the State of Ohio in 1971 and 1972. Mr. Wedren currently serves as a director of Lexford, Inc., formerly Cardinal Realty Services, Inc.
