TAMPA, Fla., Dec. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Shells Seafood Restaurants, Inc. (Nasdaq: SHLL) today announced the opening of its 39th restaurant. The restaurant is located at 491 Ohio Pike, in the Beechmont area of the Cincinnati market. It is Shells' fourth location in the Cincinnati market. Further new restaurant openings are scheduled for Akron, Ohio in December 1997 and the Western Hills area of Cincinnati in January 1998.
