MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Vaughn Communications, Inc. announced today the acquisition of Northwest Videoworks' duplication business in Portland, Ore. Northwest Videoworks and Vaughn's Portland operations will merge into one facility.
