Most high school dropouts will never receive an honorary doctorate from Brandeis University. But Stef Wertheimer is not your typical dropout. At 82 years old, Wertheimer is a giant of Israeli industry, a former member of the Knesset and the winner of the Israel Prize, the Jewish state's highest civilian honor. And he is using his success to build an economic path to peace with Israel's Arab residents and neighbors.
"For the last 25 years, I have dealt mostly with the formation of industrial parks--a sort of capitalistic kibbutzim," said Wertheimer.
