Russian rail freight transport down 23% in April - Rosstat
MOSCOW. May 22 (Interfax) - Rail freight transport in Russia decreased 22.7% to 89.2 billion tonnes in April 2009 compared to April 2008, the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) said.
