Article: Manmohan Singh is India?s Prime Minister again.

New Delhi, May 22, 2009 (WAM) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, 76, began his second five year term as India's Prime Minster today with a promise to take aggressive measures to tackle the impact of the global economic crises on India.

Dr Manmohan Singh was administered the oath of office along with 19 ministers this evening by President Pratibha Patil. However, the cabinet will be expanded after teething troubles with some coalition partners over ministerial berths are resolved.
