SANTA MONICA, Calif., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Direct Stock Market announced today that SPANworks, Inc., a California corporation created to develop, publish, market and license software developed by Toshiba Corp.'s (OTC: TOSBF) Research Laboratories, will list its private placement of 800,000 shares of common stock on DSM's Internet stock market web site.
