CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Virus Research Institute, Inc. (Nasdaq: VRII) announced today that the Company has reached agreement with SmithKline Beecham (NYSE: SBH) to collaborate on the development and commercialization of VRI's oral rotavirus vaccine. VRI will receive license fees, milestone payments and royalties under the agreement, which grants SB exclusive worldwide marketing rights to the rotavirus vaccine.
