Shareholders of First Financial Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ:FFIN) named Ron Giddiens, a business owner and former banker from San Angelo, to join the Company's Board of Directors at today's Annual Meeting of Shareholders at the Abilene Civic Center. Shareholders reelected 11 of the 12 existing members of the Board of Directors and honored retiring director F.L. (Steve) Stephens, who has served on the Board since 1998.
