American Pacific Corp reported financial results for its 2Q and 1H ended Mar 2009. For 2Q 2008-2009, revenues increased 17% to $56.4 M, reflecting increases of 35% in Speciality Chemicals segment and 68% in Aerospace Equipment segment revenues. For 1H 2008-2009, revenues increased 7% to $102.1 M, reflecting a 22% increase in Speciality Chemicals segment and 62% in Aerospace Equipment segment revenues, offset by a 9% decline in Fine Chemicals segment revenues. The Fine Chemicals segment reflects the operating results of the wholly-owned subsidiary Ampac Fine Chemicals LLC (AFC).
