WORLD-CLASS CHEF JAY GAMBOA and his cyber-smart sister and restaurant entrepreneur, Malu Gamboa, hosted a dinner for visiting celebrity chef Ming Tsai, no less, at their newest excellent restaurant, Azuthai. Mings Manila visit was made possible by Kyocera Advanced Ceramics, in celebration of its 50th anniversary and the milestone sales of an awesome five million ceramic knives worldwide.
