The Aurelia Competizione adds important technical features to the well known qualities of the Aurelia. The state-of-the-art digital pressure-star, displayed on an LCD screen on the front of the machine, allows the barista to easily adjust the boiler temperature and change the unit of measure from Centigrade to Fahrenheit or Bars.
The steam wands use a patented cool touch system, that help avoid burns and allows for easy cleaning as milk does not get baked onto the wand's surface.
