Ras Al Khaimah: A 4x4 vehicle driven in the wrong direction on a highway in Ras Al Khaimah rammed into another vehicle early on Wednesday, killing a 24-year-old Emirati woman. The victim, heading towards Umm Al Quwain on Emirates Road, was taken by surprise by the incoming vehicle; she tried to avoid the 4x4 driven in the wrong direction, but ended up with a head-on collision, said a senior police officer.
