SPRING has sprung and despite the odd downpour, we're all delighted about it. So is Hugh FearnleyWhittingstall, who is back with a new series of his engaging show.
His Landshare scheme, launched last year, has taken off in a big way and he's keen to celebrate, so heads up to Manchester.
Hugh is also on a new mission to re-educate the nation about one particular variety of meat: veal.
Even the most hardened carnivore tends to go a bit wobbly at the notion of scoffing baby cows, but Hugh's convinced there's more to this foodstuff than images of doe-eyed Friesians.
