THEY often preach to us about the need to use public transport - but the vast majority of AMs' travel expenses are incurred driving a car.
A detailed study of their expenses reveals that only a small fraction was spent on public transport.
The AMs who did not spend any taxpayers' cash on buses or trains included environment minister Jane Davidson, who represents Pontypridd.
