ARLINGTON, Va., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI) today lauded the Clinton Administration for standing behind a landmark law that ends at least some health insurance discrimination against millions of Americans with severe mental illnesses.
