PHOENIX, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Managed Care Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: MCSX) today announced that the numbers of Houston-area eligible beneficiaries voluntarily enrolling with Rio Grande HMO, Inc.* in the STAR+PLUS Program is exceeding the Company's forecast. Because of this, the Company expects that it will significantly exceed the current analyst earnings estimates for the fiscal fourth quarter (ending May 31, 1998) and fiscal 1998 as a result of such higher enrollment.
