DAGUPAN CITY, May 29 (PNA) -- The US$ 2.2 million grant of the Korean government for the construction of Dagupan's Seafood Processing Plant will not come in the form of cash but in equipment and infrastructure. This was clarified on Thursday by Dagupan City Agriculturist Emma Molina who said during the KBP (Kapisanan ng mga Brodkasters sa Pilipinas) Forum here that construction of the project will definitely start on July 2.
