MAINTENANCE MANIA[R] reached a milestone in the Mile High City when the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD) hosted its 10th Anniversary Maintenance Olympics event March 12.
The event welcomed nearly 700 people, all of whom also were treated to a slate of 20 education session offerings in the morning, a keynote presented by apartment management consultant Toni Blake, a barbecue lunch and the corn petition in the afternoon. The event served as a qualifier to the NAA Maintenance Mania[R] National Championships.
Greystar Real Estate Partners' competitors won one gold medal, two silver medals and three bronze medals. ...
