The website features a new email marketing comparison grid that displays ratings for each provider across five main categories: Email Creation, Contact Management, Email Deliverability, Analyzing Reports and Customer Support. Each email marketing provider has been rated on each of the five categories and has also been given a cumulative score. The website's comparison grid had previously listed only the main features of each service.
