Tray washers supplied by Industrial Washing Machines Ltd (IWM) are continuing to playa major role in helping A F Blakemore & Son, the principal supplier to more than 700 Spar grocery stores in England and Wales, to minimise the environmental impact of its operations. The key is the use of reusable plastic trays for deliveries to the stores, in place of the disposable cardboard cartons previously used.
