Sitting down in Matt Van Buren's office, you wouldn't be able to deduce much about the life and hobbies of its occupant, other than--to put it mildly--he would seem to have a strong appreciation for organization and cleanliness.
Those more schooled in post-modernist aesthetics might suspect a playful workplace experiment in minimalism. One wouldn't be able to blame a janitor, for instance, if he or she confused it for a space still awaiting occupancy and skipped emptying the garbage can.
