Odyssey Thera, Inc. (San Ramon, CA) announced that it has been granted a United States patent entitled "Fragment Complementation Assays for G-Protein-Coupled Receptors and their Signaling Pathways." The patent broadly covers methods for screening compounds and for identifying drug leads based on their ability to activate, inhibit or otherwise modulate G-protein-coupled receptors and the diverse signaling pathways linked to these receptors.
