Aptech completes 50 pc stake sale in China JV
Mumbai, June 2 (PTI) Aptech Ltd, provider of education and training services to retail and non-retail customers, today said the company has successfully completed sale of its 50 per cent equity interest in the China JV company.
As part of the deal Aptech will get 22 per cent stake in the JV's holding company Beijing Jadebird IT Education Company Ltd (BJBC), Aptech said in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange.
