SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 23, 1997--The City of Santa Clara, which provides electricity and energy services as Silicon Valley Power(TM), has formed a strategic alliance with Illinova Energy Partners. This alliance will offer customers served by Silicon Valley Power(TM) a range of energy services that will enable them to use energy more efficiently, enhance power quality and reduce costs.
