Anheuser-Busch InBev has switched voluntary benefits provider and launched childcare vouchers in order to improve its reward offering.
The global brewer introduced both schemes last month for its 2,200 UK and Ireland staff.
Through its voluntary benefits scheme, provided by LogBuy, employees can access discounts at high street retailers, on leisure days out and insurance deals among other perks.
