COSTA MESA, Calif. -- OTC Global Holdings LP, a leading independent interdealer broker in over-the-counter energy commodities, has acquired Futures International, LLC, an independent commodities broker specializing in agricultural futures contracts and options. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
McGladrey Capital Markets LLC initiated the transaction, led the negotiations and acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Futures International.
