The Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) diversity policy directs leaders to anticipate and embrace the demographic changes of tomorrow, and build a Navy that always reflects the make up of the country. In the summer of 2007 the Supply Corps Diversity Program Management Office was established at the Office of Supply Corps Personnel (OP) in Millington, Tenn. This program office is the central point of contact for all Supply Corps diversity data analysis, engagement plans and program administration.
