SCT International, a holding company focused on security printing, brand protection and anti-counterfeiting, has announced that Affyrmx, its subsidiary, has acquired the intellectual property rights, including certain patents and technology, of Intellectual Product Protection, of Bangkok, Thailand. The transaction did not include the business of Intellectual Product Protection Ltd., based in Bangkok, Thailand, which continues to operate as an independent company.
