Vishal Retail allots 75 lakh warrants to promoter, MD

Mumbai, June 3 (PTI) Vishal Retail today said it has approved the issue of 75 lakh warrants to Ram Chandra Agarwal, promoter and Managing Director, through preferential issue.

The board of directors of the company has approved the allotment of 75 lakh warrants to promoter and managing director through preferential issue, subjected to the approval of shareholders at their meeting on June 27, Vishal Retail said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
