SYDNEY, June 5 Asia Pulse - OZ Minerals Ltd (ASX:OZL) says it has not received a proposal for a recapitalisation of the business, despite being told one would be sent to the gold and base metals miner on Friday.
The company was expecting a proposal from a syndicate of about 20 investors led by the Royal Bank of Canada and Australia's RFC Group.
The deal was touted as an alternative to OZ Minerals selling sell key assets to China state-owned company China Minmetals Non-ferrous Metals Company Ltd (Minmetals) to raise funds to pay down debt.
