OKLAHOMA CITY, Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Education Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: AEDU) (AEC) announced today that it has retained Dallas- based Halliburton Investor Relations, a full-service investor relations firm, to represent AEC as its shareholder and financial communications consultant effective January 1, 1998.
