NEW YORK, Jan. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of The Adams Express Company (NYSE: ADX) today declared a $0.12 per share dividend, payable March 1, 1998, to stockholders of record, February 24, 1998. The $0.12 consists of $0.05 long-term capital gain and $0.02 investment income, realized in 1997, and $0.05 investment income realized in 1998.
