DALLAS, Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Fresh America Corp. (Nasdaq: FRES), a major national food distribution management company, today announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Ontario Tree Fruits Ltd. (OTF), a privately held produce distribution company based in Toronto, Ontario. The acquisition will be treated as a pooling of interests for accounting purposes. Additional terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
