Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air today introduced a new feature called Fly & Buy Miles that allows customers to purchase miles when they buy tickets online at alaskaair.com.
Fly & Buy Miles offers miles starting at $25 for 1,000 miles, $62 for 2,500 miles and $109 for 5,000 miles. Mileage Plan miles are redeemable for travel, first class upgrades, vacation package discounts and monthly Alaska Airlines' Mileage Plan auctions. Miles purchased are in addition to the miles members earn for their travel.
