"Diets with high glycemic index and glycemic load have been associated with insulin resistance. Insulin resistance has been implicated in the etiology of pancreatic cancer," scientists writing in the journal Cancer Epidemiology Biomarkers & Prevention report (see also Pancreatic Cancer).
