According to a study from Okayama, Japan, "This case report describes the treatment of a patient with bimaxillary protrusion and masseter muscle hypertrophy. At age 21 years 7 months, this woman had temporomandibular disorder (TMD) symptoms, severe bimaxillary protrusion, and a prominent mandibular angle with facial asymmetry."
