Driven by the need to balance patient care and growing demand for their services, a group of maternal-fetal medicine physicians based in Jacksonville, Florida, have joined MEDNAX, Inc. (NYSE: MD), a national group practice focused on neonatal, maternal-fetal, pediatric cardiology and anesthesia physician services, following the acquisition of their practice (see also MEDNAX, Inc.).
